Your VSA will show you 3 homes for free and send you the videos, once you have seen the service we provide you will be prompted to sign a Buyers Agency Agreement with the LEAD AGENT so that you are committing to use them when you are ready to purchase your home. There is no fee for additional Virtual Showings once you have signed the Exclusive Right to Buy Buyers Agency Agreement. Buyers pay NO FEES to work with the Buyers Agent, that fee is paid by the sellers at closing. Our service is FREE, but it comes with a commitment from you, the buyer. If you are unhappy with the service that is provided at any time, you can speak with our management team and we will re-assign you to another agent that more suites your needs.

Don’t want to sign a Buyers Agency Agreement, but you want to use your VSA to see properties and have them sent to you? You can pay a one time fee of $495 and our VSA will show you up to 50 homes of your choosing….virtually!
